Thank you for your interest in our Annual STS Fall Bazaar. This year, our event will take place on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 8:00am-4:00pm at Comber Hall, next to the Church of the Little Flower in Coral Gables, Florida. Don't miss this opportunity to set up your store and showcase your merchandise! 

Complete the Vendor Application and Agreement below and then select from the various vendor options. Proceed with your online payment and you'll be set! Vendor space cannot be reserved without payment. All fees are non-refundable after October 28, 2016.

After completing the Vendor Application and Agreement above, select from the various vendor options below and proceed with your online payment. 

St. Theresa will provide each vendor with either a 6ft or 8ft rectangular table and two chairs, or a cocktail table and 2 chairs for vendors with standard 2-3 racks. Vendors may not bring their own tables, but must provide their own standard rack (not to exceed 4.25ft). Vendor hours are as follows:

6:45am - 7:45am - Vendors Set-up
8:00am - 4:00pm - STS Bazaar Hours

4:00pm - 5:00pm - Vendors Move Out

For safety reasons, no vendor exhibits may be taken town and/or removed during STS Bazaar Hours.  Larger spaces are available upon request, space permitting.  Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  Payment and Vendor Application and Agreement must be received by October 28th, 2016 in order to secure a spot.
